Exercises For the Eyes - Liberate Your Eyes From Straining and Improve the Vision Naturally



Straining is the main cause of the damages that are done to our eyes. In order to liberate them from straining and improve our eyesight, some well designed exercises have step in. In this article, I am going to share three of them which are really easy to perform. In particular, they are Dot exercise, Word exercise and Double Vision exercise. If you can do them on a regular basis, you will be able to maintain the health of your eyes and enjoy a sharp vision.
Exercise 1: Dot Exercise
Choose a dot such as a period or comma on this page. Focus your eyes on it. Chances are that it will become blurred after a few seconds. Then relax your eyes by closing them for one minute.
Then open your eyes, move them around the page, and blink a bit before sliding your glance over and around the dot. Close your eyes and try to picture the dot. Then look at it again. This is the time when you will realize that the dot has become more clear to you.
Exercise 2: Word Exercise
Select a word on this page that are composed of more than 5 letters. Keep your eyes on it without focusing on one single letter. Just maintain the overview of the word. Don't move your eyes. Try to form the best image of the word in your mind while staring at it. A few seconds later, the word will inevitably be blurred.
Then relax your eyes. Move them slowly over, around and across every letter of the word. Don't force your eyes to look at what you want. Just slide them with leisure. Then you will see that word more clearly when you look at them again.
Exercise 3: Double Vision Exercise
The goal of this exercise is to try bring both eyes to one focus. Normally, when we see things, we often just use one eye while letting the other stray and do its own thing. We can do squinting in order to get both of our eyes to work together as a team. But this will cause strain and stress to our eyes. So don't squint when you are doing this exercise. Instead, try to focus both eyes together in a calm and relaxed way.
These exercises tell us how to use eyes properly and healthily so that we can keep our vision sharp for a long time even when we have to use them all day long. Try them out and see how your eyesight improves.
