Yoga Poses To Release Office Stress and Pain

Office work is usually characterized by headaches, lower back pain, and fatigue. The good side is that there are some yoga poses that you can engage in to relieve the stress and fatigue. Here are some of the poses that you can engage in.
Forward fold
This move aids in draining stress out of the top of the head.
To assume the pose you need to start in a standing position. You should then cross your legs and bend at your hips until your fingers touch the floor. Once you have found a comfortable depth, you should begin breathing deeply then shake your head gently.
You should hold in this position until you feel tension building after which you should stand up and take a deep inhalation-this is to avoid getting dizzy.
Downward facing dog-variation
This move aids in opening your shoulders and chest thus eliminating any stress that you might be having.
To assume the pose you need to stand in front of a desk with your feet wide apart. You should then bend at your hips and put your hands on the desk or table. For ideal results you should ensure that your legs are straight. You should hold in this position for sometime then release when you feel tension building.
Cross legged pose
This move is usually used for meditation; however, it's also used for opening the hips. To assume the move you need to sit with your legs crossed in front of you. You should then close your eyes and keep quiet for ten seconds while taking deep breaths.
Standing forward fold-uttanasana
This move provides a soothing feeling of release which leaves you feeling energized and ready to face the world. The move has also been shown to provide deep shoulder stretch which leaves you feeling flexible.
To assume the pose you need to stand with your feet hip-width apart then slowly bend forward from the hips so that you come into the forward bend pose.
To remove the strain from your lower back, you should bend your knees slightly then stretch your shoulders. You should then interlace your hands and move them towards the ground in front of you. You should hold in this pose until you feel tension building.
These are some of the poses that you should engage in to relieve stress and fatigue after a long day in the office. To ensure that you execute the various pauses the right way, you should enroll in a yoga class.
