How to Appear Taller Than You Are




Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a little taller? Well if you follow a few fashion tips set out here you can give the impression of being taller. A good diet and some exercise can even enhance the illusion.
So what has all this got to do with dieting and exercising? Well putting it as simple as I can if you follow a diet that is rich in calcium, amino acids, protein, calories and any other essential nutrients you will in effect make your bones a lot stronger and healthier.
Exercise can help you in your quest to look taller because good exercising will make you slimmer, and when you look slimmer the clothes you wear can give the impression that you are taller than you actually are.
Once you have established a routine of dieting and exercise it is time to check out your wardrobe. What sort of clothes do you usually wear? Do you wear clothes that are patterned?
Do you wear small sizes in shoes? Do you wear shirts that button up? Do you wear clothes that are two-tone? If the answer is yes to these things then you may be making yourself look smaller.
By wearing two tone color clothes you inadvertently draw attention to your mid-section. This is where the colors often meet and it can make you look short. Shirts that are buttoned up and patterned clothes can also have much the same effect on your appearance. If you are trying to look taller you need to wear solid colors such as black or Blue.
Appearances can change dramatically by just changing your clothes. If you were to wear a pinstripe suit or vertical striped stockings you will be amazed at how much slimmer they can make you look.
Another tip is to wear height enhancing insoles in your shoes or shoes with heels. If you were to wear bigger shoes this would in turn make your feet look bigger and can in turn make you seem taller.
