Excessive sweating is a problem that is being experienced by more than 2.5 percent of the population the world over. It cuts across race, color and age with most of those affected by it being in the 13 to 62 age group. While excessive sweating is a common experience for adolescents and extremely active individuals, there are those who suffer from the condition even in their adult life while leading inactive or even sedentary lives.

Processed foods and canned goods may provide an instant fix when you're hungry but they are also one of the reasons why you continue to sweat profusely. Chemicals and preservatives in these foods wreak havoc on your system and the body has no other recourse but to kick it out through your sweat glands.
