When searching for an energy drink, people should look for beverages that use normal amounts of caffeine, are free of stimulants or harmful flavorings, and include minimal amounts of added sugar (stay away from high fructose corn syrup, it has been proven to cause many different types of cancer). There are actually some healthy energy drinks on the market that include natural sources of antioxidants and a healthy amount of vitamins, as too much of certain vitamins can be harmful to your health.
