Free fat loss is possible, if you consider not using any exercise equipment and are willing to follow some very basic steps in reducing your body weight. Being overweight, for most people, is a matter of overindulgence and or repetitive eating, out of habit or boredom,as a general rule. You may miss a loved one's wedding, graduation, grandchildren, a cool vacation with family, the next love of your life, I think you get the picture. Life is meant to be enjoyed, but being fat.
